Everything is completely rammed down here for the Independence Day holidays. If you are on your way down then prepare yourself to be doing alot of queueing at the parks. Make sure you have plenty of water and plenty of good humor as it could get ugly out there.

Another attraction for Orlando. This is why the area is the number one for tourists and the only place to be booking out quality vacation rentals. (Did you spot the really subtle link there.) There are just so many people wanting to bring newer and more exciting attractions to the place.

Inquiries Everywhere, Bookings Nowhere.

Come on guys, stop teasing me. The two new listings have generated inquiries at a level I have not had before. I seem to have spent the last three days permanently typing, “Hi, thanks for your inquiry….”
Yet, the conversion rate has been abysmal. Three weeks booked in the condo and one in the 4 bed.
I know the economy stinks and we are all watching the pennies but this is Florida baby and you need that vacation! The sun is shining down here and it isn’t where you are. Your skin is looking sallow and you need a tan. The kids need to see Mickey and it is really bad parenting on your part if you don’t get them down here to see him.
So shake that piggybank empty and come have some fun! You know it is a good idea.
Actually, thinking about it, 4 weeks booked in 2 homes in three days isn’t really that bad at all, but come down anyway.
VRBooker Now Marketing This 4 Bedroomed Vacation Rental

I know it is all getting a little boring for you now, but this is another great vacation rental that is now going to be marketed by VRBooker. Great views, huge master bedroom and bathroom, 20 minutes to Disney, free WiFi and great value.
Over the next few weeks we will be weaving some marketing magic to get some great guests into this fine home. I will keep you posted.
Hosting Disaster Resolved Somewhat
June 12th, 2008After the hosting disaster of last week I have at long last worked out a workaround until I can get all my domains back in one place. So welcome to the new home of VRBooker (The best vacation rental guy you will ever have.)
I have listed two new properties on HomeAway this week, a condo at Windsor Hills and a lovely spacious four bed on Sunset Ridge.
Hopefully the week will now progress in an orderly fashion……… but I doubt it.
